The organisers that presented three music festivals for the first time this year, have made a bold statement about their 2020 Festival event, taking place on 4th July [edit: rescheduled to 22nd August 2020, due to covid19] in Newchapel, Surrey. And the news will please those who like to groove – it’s a full-on Dance Music Festival!
After hosting some individual days dedicated to both live bands and entertaining families, Time Off feel it’s ‘time’ for a change. Mark Smith Halvorsen one of the founding partners explains: “We watched closely this year and what we saw from the Dance Crowds we attracted, was vibrance, energy and passion. In short whether it was cold and dark, or sunny and warm, they brought the party – and we really liked that”…
So just who will be targeted and what can we expect to see and hear next Summer? Mark continues: “It’s going to be modern Dance Music Acts and Chart Topping DJ’s, filling our Time2Dance Main Stage next summer. We are hoping to pull off a few surprises and cannot wait to confirm some of the first acts on the line-up, in the coming weeks”
The events business based in Crawley is planning something big, with three stages of Music; not forgetting about the young or the old. Mark adds: “On our OldzCool Stage, we are working with some of the biggest and best 90’s DJ’s there are – they made a real impact for us this year. And we also have an exciting competition in the New Year which will lead to the best young DJ talent being invited to play in our ‘TalenTent’ – to help them get a Festival Event on their Bio’s, as they make their way forward in this tough industry”.
So there you have it – it’s going to be big, it’s going to be banging and Earlybird Tickets are going to sell-out fast. Keep a close eye on Time Off’s announcements in the coming weeks, so you don’t miss out!!
